Before you add another booking tool
Software can improve visibility. It cannot create ownership, decide who replies, or make a generic response feel useful.
Ask these questions first
- Can we name the owner of every active inquiry right now?
- Does a first response have a real target and an agreed coverage window?
- Does the team know what information to capture before proposing a viewing?
- Is there a defined path for availability, price, and exception decisions?
- Can we see which leads are waiting for us, and why?
Then decide what the tool must solve
If the answer to the questions above is no, the first intervention may be a playbook and an operating rhythm. If the answer is yes but the team still cannot see work or coordinate it, a tool may be the right next step.
The useful stack is the one your actual team can use during a busy event day—not the one with the most features in a sales demo.
